Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with any seals or protective packaging intact, and in resellable condition. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, the correct return destination may vary depending on the product and order. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.
When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A photo of the shipping label where relevant
We will review the information and advise you on the next steps.
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, an approved claim may be resolved with a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal care products cannot normally be returned due to a change of mind.
We also cannot accept returns for:
• Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
• Gift cards
• Products specifically marked as final sale
• Items returned without prior authorization

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The easiest way to obtain a different product is to request a return for the eligible item and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
Return shipping
For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an order error, damage, defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for approved returns.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at DEWYYORI@gmail.com.
We will attempt to cancel the order if processing or fulfillment has not yet begun.
Once an order has entered processing, been submitted for fulfillment, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union and applicable law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed beauty and personal care products may lose eligibility for withdrawal once the protective seal has been opened, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once an approved return has been received and reviewed.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and display the refund after it has been issued.

Refunds without a physical return
In some cases, such as confirmed damage, defects, missing items, or fulfillment errors, we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring the item to be physically returned.
