DEWYYORI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from DEWYYORI.
DEWYYORI reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors or fulfillment limitations.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Once an order has entered processing, been submitted for fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Products purchased from DEWYYORI are intended primarily for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DEWYYORI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through the DEWYYORI store are made directly with DEWYYORI.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our online store but is not the seller of the products purchased from DEWYYORI.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from products sold directly by DEWYYORI.
